Institutional Partnership is TNESC’s organisation-to-organisation cooperation pathway. Institutional partnerships are developed through due diligence, defined responsibilities and an agreed framework for research, funding, governance and reporting.
Scope and membership boundary
Institutional Partnership may support research collaboration, consortium formation, academic exchange, MoUs, project agreements or other cooperation instruments.
An Institutional Partnership does not confer statutory TNESC membership, member voting rights or individual membership obligations.
Institutional representative roles
An authorised institutional representative may later receive a Portal workspace role, but that role is not membership. A representative may separately apply for Individual Membership in their own personal capacity if eligible under the Statute.
Cooperation framework
A partnership may define research objectives, work packages, responsibilities, intellectual contributions, funding arrangements and reporting expectations.
Due diligence
Before formalisation, TNESC may exchange institutional information and supporting documentation necessary to establish legal identity, governance, capacity and project readiness.
