TNESC membership is voluntary and individual. An eligible natural person aged 14 or older may apply for membership in accordance with the Statute.
Eligibility and Board review
An eligible natural person aged 14 or older submits a written Membership Application, which the Board reviews and decides within one calendar month under the Statute.
The protected Membership Application route is not live yet. A general membership enquiry is not the statutory Membership Application.
Annual membership dues
Ukrainian citizens: 1,000 UAH per year.
Ukrainian pupils and students with verified evidence: 400 UAH per year.
Persons who are not citizens of Ukraine: 50 EUR per year.
Non-Ukrainian pupils and students with verified evidence: 20 EUR per year.
Payment is requested only after the Board approves the application.
Protected application evidence
Supporting documents used to verify identity, age, citizenship and any pupil or student concession belong to protected Portal storage and are not stored in the public WordPress Media Library.
Supporting identity or student evidence must not be uploaded through a public WordPress enquiry form. Payment details are provided only after Board approval.
Member Benefits
Member Benefits may include research and educational programmes, member rates for selected events, priority information about calls and opportunities, research clusters and working groups, proposals for TNESC initiatives, consideration for research teams and consortia based on expertise, selected member-only materials, networking sessions, digital certificates and an opt-in verified public academic profile.
Academic and event opportunities
Publishing and conference opportunities never guarantee acceptance, publication or preferential peer review.
Student & Early-Career opportunities may include mentoring, methodology sessions and reduced event rates where specifically offered.
Withdrawal, exclusion and organisations
Voluntary withdrawal and exclusion remain governed separately by the Statute; non-payment does not automatically exclude a member.
Organisations use Institutional Partnership and do not become statutory members through this route.
